こうして季節を感じることができる豊かさを、密かに嬉しく思っている。
川で死んでいく魚は他の動植物の栄養となり、豊かな自然の循環サイクルを繋ぐ。
目の前を泳ぐ魚を見ながら、来年、再来年と、写真には写らない未来を思い描いていた。

As if to announce the arrival of Hokkaido's short summer, the pink salmon begin their river ascent. A little later, the chum salmon also climb upstream. At the harbors and coasts, fishermen who seek the fruits of the sea become eager.
The schools of fish that fill the rivers make my heart dance, and this year, I again snap the shutter ecstatically. I am secretly glad for the abundance that allows me to experience this season. The fish that die in the river become nourishment for other plants and animals, connecting to a rich, natural cycle.
While watching the fish swimming before my eyes, I imagined the uncaptured future of next year and the year after next.
